Deliciosa y super facil de hacer!
Ingredientes:
1 Lata de leche condensada
1/2 Barra de queso crema (de preferencia Philadelphia)
7 Onzas de jugo de limon o lima
1 Taza de whipping topping
Para la base yo compro la base ya preparada la misma que venden para los cheesecakes, que hasta viene con su cover para cubrirlo.
Batir todos los ingredientes hasta que este todo bien batido sin grumos, echarlo en la base tapar con el cover y ponerlo en el congelador por dos horas. Sacar y servir, despues ya lo pueden guardar en el refri. Un tip muy importante si quieren que les quede con ese colorcito verde pues yo uso colorante para cakes. El mismo que se usa para darle color al merengue. Le van poniendo de a poquito hasta que agarre el color desea usted.
